These cookies are so simple to make (hence the name) any one can make them. They come out slightly crisp around the edge and soft and squidgy in the middle, just like a giant cookies should be if you ask me!

Yields: 8 large cookies
100g Quick cook oats
33g Reflex micellar casein vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 Reflex R-Bar chopped (or chocolate chips)
50g Grass-fed butter or coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1Mix together all the dry ingredients
2Mix together all the wet ingredients
3Add wet ingredients to dry & mix together well.
4Spoon the mixture onto a well greased and lined baking sheet
