50g Ezekiel Wholegrain cereal or grapenuts which are in most supermarkets.
20g Vanilla protein powder
20g Nut butter (I used this one from Nuts’n’More)
1tsp Pumpkin spice mix
For 1 tsp Vanilla protein powder
1/3rd tsp Cinnamonhe spiced protein 'snow'
1Preheat your oven to 170’c
2Mix together the cereal, protein powder, raisins, pumpkin spice and cinnamon.
3In a microwave safe bowl heat the nut butter and vitafiber for 20 seconds, then add to the dry mix.
4Mix everything together until all the cereal is fully coated.
5Put this in the fridge to chill for around 10 mins – this makes it easier to handle!
6Using your hands roll into 7 balls and space on a baking sheet lined with grease proof paper.
7Bake for 5 minutes.
8Allow the bites to cool for at least 10 minutes on the tray before attempting to remove them.
9For the ‘snow’ mix together the protein powder and cinnamon. Add to a sieve and shake over your bites.
