I am a big fan of The Beltsander’s creations so I couldn’t be more excited to share this epic recipe for Protein Blueberry & Banana Bread with you all! If you give it a try be sure to share a picture with us both.

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (160g)
25g banana whey protein
120g liquid egg whites
60g ultra fine Scottish oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
150g blueberries
80g Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
50mls almond milk
Sweetener to taste
Directions
1Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
2Mash the ripe bananas and add the almond milk, egg whites and 100g of blueberries and combine with the dry ingredients
3Pour into a loaf tin and top with the remaining 50g of blueberries
