Protein Blondies

These delicious blondies are free from flour, sugar and butter but are packed with protein. They are also insanely delicious and super simple to make. Fool your friends (and yourself) with healthy blondies that taste just like the real thing!

170g Pumpkin

50g Peanut flour

50g Peanut butter

5g Stevia

2 Eggs

1tsp Baking powder

35g Reflex 100% Whey Chocolate Peanut

1 Chocolate Peanut Caramel R Bar


1Microwave the pumpkin chunks for 10 mins or until mashable.

2In a seperate bowl mix together all dry ingredients.

3Add the peanut butter and eggs to the mashed pumpkin

4Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir.

5Finally add the R-Bar chunks and stir in.

6Add to a baking tray & bake for 10 - 15 mins at 180'c - don't over-bake it or it will become dry!

7Allow to cool and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
