There isn’t much that beats the combination of rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter and sweet banana. These little protein filled treats are so quick and simple to make too – the hardest part is not eating them all at once!

50g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon peanut butter (I used toffee nutsnmore)
10g flavoured whey protein
Chopped nuts to decorate (optional)
1Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
2While the chocolate is melting, chop the banana into slices and lay out on a sheet of grease proof paper.
3Mix the protein powder with the peanut butter & spoon a small amount onto each slice of banana then put another slice of banana on top.
4Spoon over the melted chocolate & top with chopped nuts.
5Leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
