Fish fingers were a favourite of mine as a child, who am I kidding they are a favourite of mine as an adult. I ALWAYS had them with loads of ketchup (is there any other way of eating fish fingers?!) but standard ketchup is loaded with sugar, which is why I now use Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup which tastes just the same without any of the sugar! Whether you are on a low carb plan or not, these fish fingers are delicious and each portion contain over 30g of protein!

Ingredients
300 gCod fillet (raw)
20 gCoconut flour
10 gParmesan cheese (grated)
1 pinchPaprika
1 pinchSalt
1 pinchPepper
1 Egg white
Plenty of Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup
Directions
1Preheat your oven to 180'c
2In a bowl mix together the coconut flour, Parmesan, paprika, salt & pepper
3Put the egg white in a seperate bowl
4Slice the cod fillet into fingers approximately 1 inch thick
5Dip the fish into the egg white, then into the coconut flour & Parmesan mixture
6Place the coated fingers onto a well oiled baking tray
7Repeat this with all the fish, then bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp & golden
8Remove from the oven & serve immediately with plenty of Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup!
