High Protein Chocolate and Peanut Butter Microwave Cake

I’m a huge fan of puddings in a hurry. Which is why I LOVE this moist chocolate and peanut butter microwave cake. A little mixing and 2 minutes in the microwave and you’ve got yourself a warm steamed pudding that is the perfect canvas for all your favourite toppings!

  • Cook: 5 mins


50g oat flour

25g (one scoop) Muscle Mousse chocolate

1 whole egg

100ml milk

1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Your favourite nut butter

Sugar free sauce


1Mix together the oat flour, Muscle Mousse and baking powder.

2Then add the egg and milk and mix well.

3Spoon all the mixture into small bowl and cover with clingfilm.

4Microwave on full powder for 2 minutes.

5Tip – You might need to stop the microwave after 1 minute to stop it overflowing. If your microwave isnt very powerful and the centre still looks raw give it another 30 seconds or so.

6Turn the cake out onto a plate, add your toppings and enjoy immediately as it doesn’t keep!
