Banana & Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

I made this banana and peanut butter protein smoothie for my breakfast when I needed something really quick and nutritious that I could take with me. I knew my chimps would love this one too, especially with the addition of plenty of peanut butter. It’s so simple to make but tastes like a thick and creamy milkshake.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 5 mins
  • Yields: 1 Smoothie


200ml milk (I used almond milk. You could use water instead)

30g banana flavoured whey protein (I used this one from Smart Protein)

30g oats

1 banana

1 dessert spoon of peanut butter

1 handful of ice cubes.


1Stick everything in a blender and blend until smooth! – told you it was quick and easy!
