This Banana & Hemp High Protein Banana Bread is sweet, moist and delicious, just the way a banana bread should be! Ingredients
75g Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
25g Pure Protein Powder
1 Large Whole Egg
1 Large Ripe Banana (mashed)
25g Honey
25g Hemp Milk
Topping
1 Tsp Honey
10g Hemp Seeds
Directions
1Mix the mashed banana, honey, egg and milk together in a large bowl.
2Then sieve in the wholemeal and Pure Protein Powder and fold in slowly to avoid knocking the air out.
3Spoon into greased and lined mini loaf tins or muffin cases.
4Bake at 180'c for 12-15 minutes
5Allow to cool, brush with honey and sprinkle with Hemp Seeds.
