Super Simple Soft Protein Cookies

These cookies are so simple to make (hence the name) any one can make them. They come out slightly crisp around the edge and soft and squidgy in the middle, just like a giant cookies should be if you ask me!
- Prep: 10 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
- Yields: 8 large cookies
33g Reflex micellar casein vanilla
50g Grass-fed butter or coconut oil
|Serving Size||1 large cookie|
1Mix together all the dry ingredients
3Mix together all the wet ingredients
5Add wet ingredients to dry & mix together well.
7Spoon the mixture onto a well greased and lined baking sheet
9Bake for 10 mins @ 180'c
11Leave to cool & enjoy!
