My second favourite thing to do with Muscle Mousse (my favourite is to make cheesecakes!) is to make protein pancake. One of the best things about protein pancakes is you can tailor them to your macros, so everyone can enjoy them. Never use whey protein in pancakes it makes them terribly dry. Muscle Mousse is a casein based product so doesn’t dry them out and adds sweetness and flavour as well as protein without excess empty calories. Win/win!

80g oat flour
1 whole egg (you can sub for 2 whites if you like)
25g (1 scoop) Muscle Mousse
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
enough water to make a smooth pourable batter. (start with 100ml and keep adding little by little)
Use what ever you like but here I used..
tinned pineapple in juice
nuts n more chocolate high protein peanut butter
walden farms sugar free chocolate sauce
1All you need to do is whisk everything together until it bubbles then fry in a touch of coconut oil or butter on a moderate heat for a minute or two on each side. Add your toppings and enjoy!
