On a low carb diet? I have answered all your pizza based dreams with my low carb protein pizza! I've used flaxmeal to make the base and replaced the sugar laden sauces with Blend Bro's sugar free alternative for a healthy way to enjoy this takeaway favourite!

Yields: 1 pizza base
25g Grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
2 Whole eggs
1tbs Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup
1 ball mozzarella
Parma ham slices
Per pizza base (without toppings)
1Mix all the base ingredients together in a bowl.
2Tip onto a well greased sheet of baking paper.
3Shape into a circle using your hands - the base should be approx 2cm thick.
4Bake for 10mins at 180'c without toppings.
5Add the Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup & spread evenly over the entire base.
6Shred the mozzarella ball with your hands and distribute over the base.
7Finally add the parma ham and cook for a further 5-7mins.
8Top with the fresh rocket before serving.
9Tip – Do not overload your pizza with toppings or you'll end up with a soggy bottom!
