65g Egg whites (I use Two Chicks Liquid Egg Whites)
1Preheat the oven to 180’c
2Using sunflower or coconut oil grease and line a small, shallow oven safe dish.
3Add the protein powder to the oats and stir.
4Slice banana and lay it at the bottom of the dish.
5Whisk together the egg & milk then add to the oats.
6Mix everything together and pour over the banana.
7Bake for 20 – 25 minutes. It should be golden brown
8Remove from the oven, drizzle over the topping and serve immediately.
