Healthy Low Fat Burritos

Craving Mexican food but could do without the copious amounts of fat, sugar and calories that comes with it? Don't worry, I've got the answer to all your Mexican food based dreams with my Healthy, Low Fat (and high protein!) Burritos. Although I've served the mince in wraps to make burritos, its also fantastic with rice or even noodles! Give it a try & let me know what you think.

10 tbs Blend Bros Sugar Free Piri Piri sauce
Extra Blend Bros Sugar Free Peri Peri sauce

1In a large bottomed frying pan fry the onion, garlic & bell pepper in a splash of oil on a medium heat.
2Then add the mince and fry until all the meat turns brown.
3Now add the Blend Bros Sugar Free Piri Piri sauce, chopped tomatoes, spices, seasoning & a splash of water.
4Turn the heat right down & allow this to simmer for 20 mins - the longer the better!
510 minutes before serving add the kale to the pan, cover with a lid and allow it to cook down for 5 minutes.
6Stir the wilted kale into the mince & serve in your favourite wrap with low fat cheese (or normal cheese if you're not bothered about the fat content!) a dollop of Greek yoghurt & a drizzle of Blend Bros Sugar Free Piri Piri sauce.
