Half Dipped Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

These cookies need no introduction, just look at that golden crumb and shiny dark chocolate. But these are not any old cookies. Each one contains an impressive 9g of protein thanks to Ascent Native Fuel Whey Protein Powder! I suggest you make a batch of these then find a dark room to hide in whilst you polish off the lot!

100g Smooth Natural Peanut Butter
1 Scoop Ascent Native Fuel Whey Protein Powder Vanilla or Chocolate
50g Dark Chocolate

1Preheat your oven to 200c
2Gently heat the peanut butter in a pan over a low heat.
3Add the maple syrup and stir until combined.
4Remove from the heat and add the flour and Ascent Native Fuel Whey Protein Powder.
5Finally add the whisked egg white and combine everything thoroughly.
6Roll the mixture into individual walnut sided balls and place on a lined baking tray.
7Press each ball down until its flat, then push in lots of peanuts!
8Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
9Allow to cool fully before dunking into melted dark chocolate.
10Allow the chocolate to harden and enjoy!
