Gluten Free Healthy Pancakes

Personally I can eat gluten, but I have noticed that a number of my followers follow gluten free diets. Either because they are forced to, or through choice. So this recipe is for you guys!
I chose to leave the protein powder out of these, and instead to add the protein on top in the form of Greek yoghurt. But you can add a scoop should you wish to.
- Prep: 10 mins
- Cook: 20 mins
20g ground almonds
1Put the oats in a blender, and blend until it resembles flour.
2Add the ground almonds, baking powder, stevia, egg whites and milk.
3Blend for 15 – 20 seconds. The mixture should be thick but pourable. If you need to add a splash more milk to achieve this, then do so.
4Heat a non stick pan to a medium heat. Add the pancake mixture and cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
5I would suggest making smaller pancakes as this makes them easier to turn in the pan!
6I topped mine with my favourite Total Greek yoghurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of runny honey, but top however you wish!
