Fat Free Creamy Mushroom Steak Sauce

Creamy, rich and delicious this creamy steak sauce gives all the flavour with only a smidgen of the fat and calories of standard steak sauce.
I really enjoy a good steak and none more than the stunning range from Muscle Food. From classic beef steaks to exotic steaks like kangaroo and horse! I’m slowly working my way through them all.
- Prep: 10 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
Directions
1Finely diced the red onion and garlic and gently soften in a little coconut or olive oil.
2Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
3Add the Worchester sauce and stir to coat everything.
4Remove from the heat and add the quark/yoghurt and season to taste.
5Spoon immediately over your steak.
