Easy Thai Turkey Burgers

Everyone loves a burger, but it’s usually something we save for a treat and not normally something you’d expect to indulge in mid-week on a healthy diet. Until now! These burgers are made with leaner turkey thigh mince which has enough fat to keep them moist and juicy, but less than beef mince. It’s flavoured with Blend Brothers Thai Jungle Curry Savoury Blend which adds all the traditional Thai flavours without having to buy lots of ingredients. It’s also enriched with protein to boost the overall protein content of your meal. Win-win!
These burgers are so insanely easy to make I can barely even call this a recipe. But there’s what you’ll need and how to make your own.

2Shape the mince into burgers with your hands (or use a burger press if you have one!) This recipe made 2 large burgers (which are pictured).
3Heat a pan until it’s medium/hot and spray with cooking oil.
4Add the burgers and cook for 5 minutes on one side. Flip them over and cook for a further 3-5 minutes until cooked through.
5I like to serve mine in a toasted wholemeal bun with blue cheese between each burger topped with tomato and mashed avocado, but feel free to serve them however you like!
