25g (1 scoop) Muscle Mousse Milky White Chocolate (or you can use standard casein)
50g oat flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
75ml milk (you may need slightly more or less)
1 square dark chocolate
As much of your favourite almond butter as you like!
1Mix together the Muscle Mousse, oat flour and baking powder. In a seperate bowl whisk together the egg and milk.
2Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix well.
3Scrape the mixture into a small microwave safe bowl and push the chocolate into the middle of the batter.
4Cover with clingfilm and microwave for 1 1/2 mintues on full power.
5Tip out onto a plate and top with as much nut butter as you like and enjoy immediately as it won’t keep!
