Personally I am not vegan, but I like to create recipes that everyone can enjoy which is how these Cranberry, Cashew & Hemp Raw Vegan Bars came to be! I used Good Hemp's fantastic products for this recipe. I'm a big fan of their range as I find it doesn't have such a strong earthy taste that you can get with other brands. These bars are ideal as a post workout treat or a healthy snack throughout the day - enjoy!

Medjool dates - 65g
Dried cranberries - 10g
Cashew nuts - 25g
Good Hemp seeds- 10g
Good Hemp milk - 15g
Good Hemp Raw Protein Powder - 10g
1This recipe couldn’t be simpler, even the most novice of cooks can make these bars - I promise!
2Just throw everything into a food processor and blend until it forms a ball
3Remove from the blender and press into a small lined tin
4Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars
