Even if you're not a vegan you'll love these super easy Chocolate & Peanut Vegan Protein Bars which I made using Good Hemp's fantastic range of hemp based products.

Yields: 2 bars
Medjool dates - 75g
Peanuts - 30g
Cacao powder- 10g
Good Hemp high protein flour - 10g
Good Hemp milk - 15g
1This recipe couldn’t be simpler, even the most novice of cooks can make these bars - I promise!
2Just throw everything into a food processor and blend until it forms a ball
3Remove from the blender and press into a small lined tin
4Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars
