Chocolate Chunk Protein Brownies

These fudgy brownies are free from flour, sugar and butter but are packed with protein. They are also insanely delicious and super simple to make. Fool your friends (and yourself) with healthy brownies that taste just like the real thing!

- Cook: 20 mins
- Yields: 8 brownies
1Pierce the sweet potatoes and microwave for 10 mins.
2Mix together all dry ingredients - peanut flour, cocoa, baking powder & protein powder.
3Scrape out the cooked sweet potato flesh into a bowl.
4Add the peanut butter and eggs.
5Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir.
6Finally add the R-Bar chunks and stir.
7Add to a baking tray & bake for 20 mins at 180'c.
