This recipe is SO simple, the most technical part - the sauce has been taken care of by using Blend Bros awesome sugar free BBQ sauce. It's so authentic tasting, not like so many other sugar free sauces that just taste like chemicals! A normal portion of BBQ chicken wings would contain at least 15g of sugar, mine contains less than 5g in the entire portion!

5 tbspBlend Bros BBQ Sugar Free Sauce
5 Chicken Wings
1 pinchChilli flakes (optional)
1Pre-heat your oven to 200'c
2Place the chicken wings on a lined baking tray
3Cook the plain chicken wings in the oven for 15 minutes
4Whilst the chicken wings are cooking mix together the Blend Bros BBQ sauce, paprika, salt, pepper & chilli (if you are choosing to spice up your wings!)
5Remove the chicken wings from the oven & spoon over the sauce, covering each one well.
6Place the tray back in the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes.
7Remove from the oven, allow the wings to cool for a couple of minutes then dive in.
