Berry, Chocolate & Almond Quest Style Protein Bars

90g strawberry Whey protein

10g chopped almonds

10g chopped dried berries

20g chopped dark choc (at least 75% cocoa)

150g IMO syrup (otherwise known as Vitafiber)


1Mix all of the above together so no powder remains on the sides of the bowl. You will need to almost ‘work’ the protein powder into the syrup.

2Once everything is fully combined press it into a small lined square baking tray approx ½ inch thick.

3Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting into bars. Makes 4 bars.
