This banana protein whip is one of the most simple but most delicious creations to date. Fluffy, creamy and delicious it’s perfect as healthy pudding or a far more interesting way of increasing your protein intake. You could also substitute the banana for frozen berries but this recipe was created with my hungry Skinny Chimp‘s in mind!

Yields: 1 Serving
1 medium banana chopped and frozen (it’s important the banana is frozen!)
30g Whey Protein banana
75ml almond milk (more or less depending on the size of banana – you can also use any type of milk or milk substitute)
1Put all of the above in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and whisk using an electric whisk for at least 5mins at least until it’s light and fluffy.
