Banana & Blueberry Protein Loaf 0 0 5 0

Sweet & sticky blueberry & banana bread enriched with protein without ANY fat and no added sugar, this baby sells itself. Not only is it seriously delicious it's also so quick and simple to make. Give it a try & let me know what you think.

Ingredients

3 Large over ripe bananas

100 g Egg white (or two whole eggs)

200 g Wholemeal self raising flour

130 g Fresh blueberries

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 Blueberry PhD Diet Whey Squeezy

Directions

1Start by mashing 2 of the bananas until smooth

2To this add the egg white (or whole eggs), PhD Diet Whey Squeezy & combine fully

3Fold in the flour, cinnamon & blueberries gently

4Transfer the mixture to a well oiled loaf tin

5Slice the 3rd banana length ways and place it on the top of the mixture

6Bake at 180'c for 25 - 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

7Allow to cool, remove from the tin & enjoy
