Nothing beats fluffy soft protein pancakes! These American style thick protein pancakes make the perfect healthy weekend breakfast, pudding or even snack! I like to top mine with cashew butter, berries, cinnamon and Walden Farm zero calorie pancake syrup. This recipe will yield 1 large stack.

Ingredients
100g oat flour
1 scoop Muscle Mousse milky white chocolate (or vanilla casein)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 large handful blueberries
1 whole egg (or 2 whites)
Enough water to make a thick batter
Directions
1Blend everything together until smooth while you heat a non stick pan. If you do not have a non stick pan you will need to use plenty of coconut oil as they stick like buggery otherwise!
