Protein Millionaire Shortbread

The BEST Protein Victoria Sponge Cake

This is hands down the BEST protein sponge cake I have EVER made (hence the name) do not try to remove/amend the ingredients (unless it's where I have added substitutions) as they are all there for a reason & doing so will probably result in a dry sponge, which is what I ended up with literally hundreds of times whilst trying to perfect this recipe. I challenge anyone to try this cake & not be truly shocked that it is a healthier version. Happy baking!

Smoky BBQ Chicken Tenders

Crispy chicken tenders are usually something that have to be saved for a treat, but with my recipe you can tuck in any time you like! I've used UFIT's new BBQ flavoured high protein crisps as the coating, then dunked them into Blend Bro's incredibly authentic but entirely sugar free BBQ sauce - because everyone knows you can't have a chicken tender without drowning it in sauce, which is usually the most unhealthy part! This recipe is so incredibly simple even those who don't think they can cook (or kids!) can do!

Lower Calorie Lasagne

Lasagna is a family favourite, but it can be seriously heavy on calories. My version is just as tasty, but is up to half the number of calories per portion! In order to achieve this I've made a few tweaks to the recipe which includes using Blend Bro's new sugar free ketchup (yes I said ketchup!) which adds a really rich tomato flavour to the meat sauce, without all the sugar. Dish it up for you & your family & I promise you they won't notice the difference!

Low Carb Fish Fingers

Fish fingers were a favourite of mine as a child, who am I kidding they are a favourite of mine as an adult. I ALWAYS had them with loads of ketchup (is there any other way of eating fish fingers?!) but standard ketchup is loaded with sugar, which is why I now use Blend Bros Sugar Free Ketchup which tastes just the same without any of the sugar! Whether you are on a low carb plan or not, these fish fingers are delicious and each portion contain over 30g of protein!

Low Carb Smokey BBQ Pulled Pork

Sweet, sticky BBQ pulled pork is usually something that is saved for cheat day, but not anymore! You can make your own healthier version using my recipe which uses Blend Bros Sugar Free BBQ sauce. I like to serve mine in little gem lettuce leaves with lots of topping options like smashed avocado, spicy salsa, Greek yoghurt and spring onion. Peri Peri Chicken Thighs with Spicy Mexican Rice

Do you love a Nandos? Who doesn't! If so, you'll LOVE this recipe. What you'll love even more is that it's super simple but seriously delivers in the taste department. I've made the rice from scratch, but to save on time (& a whole lot of effort) I've used Blend Bros fab new sugar free Peri Peri sauce which I'm a huge fan of. You can tailor this recipe to your taste so don't worry if you're not a fan of spice, you can omit the chilli (you big pansy!)

Cheats Sugar Free Sticky BBQ Chicken Wings

This recipe is SO simple, the most technical part - the sauce has been taken care of by using Blend Bros awesome sugar free BBQ sauce. It's so authentic tasting, not like so many other sugar free sauces that just taste like chemicals! A normal portion of BBQ chicken wings would contain at least 15g of sugar, mine contains less than 5g in the entire portion!

White Chocolate & Raspberry Protein Flapjacks

I've combined two 4 of my favourite things in the recipe. Oats, protein, white chocolate & raspberries. But I've left out the usual butter, sugar and syrup you'd usually find in traditional flapjacks. Instead I've sweetened them with Bodybuilding Warehouse White Chocolate & Raspberry Whey Protein which is SO good & also chunks of their new Warrior Crunch bars which take them to another level! Don't worry if you don't have these, you can sub the bars for white chocolate chips, however I urge you to try them, some of the best protein bars I've ever had (and I've tried ALOT!).
